Create a Wi-Fi Bridge with 2 Wi-Fi Access point GGM WAPEXT24 :

Something you need to know before the beginning :
Every Access point had a “LAN MAC Address” unique, that is print on the access point :

But they also owns a Factory IP print behind the access point with the reference and the password :

Write these information that are needed to set the access point
Now you need :
Be connected with a computer on the SAME Network of your Access Point :

Here I put a random address which is on the same network as the Access Point,
The Factory IP is 192.168.188.XXX so you need to set your computer on the same network.
Now we don’t need to change ANY settings of your computer
You can now power your devices, check if they work well, after a moment there is a green led which mean its working :

Now we will set the access point 1 by 1 :

You can link your Access point to the network or directly on your computer if you can.
Now you can open a web page, the URL is the IP of the access point :
![]()
The default password is : admin

Now you are connected to your access point, we want to give him a fix IP Address :

Check if the MAC Address is the right one !
For example :
Notice that you’ll need to remember those information !

Don’t forget to Apply, after that, it will reconnect to the Access Point and you’ll have the same page but with new information :

Now we can do the first step of the bridge :

Give a name to your AP

Then “Next” “Next”
Now you got this on your web page :

Now we have to do this on the other AP :
Repeat to the first step AP Settings :
When it comes to set the name, we add a setting :

Search an AP , and try to find your first AP (there is the same name / MAC@

Then “Choose”
Now go back to your first access point setting to add the BORNE2 to your BORNE1

Now they are “Linked” by bridge.
We can do some test :
Connect 1 AP to your network, and the other just on plug.
If you are using Windows OS press WINDOWS+R :

Open : cmd
Now try to ping the AP that is not link on your network

That’s an example, the -t is a loop to ping every time, it never stop if you don’t close the windows,
You can cancel it by pressing CTRL+C
You can try to ping both of your AP it should works
