Install Uniview's plug-in under Windows 11 and Edge

Note that the plugin is for older cameras working under Internet Explorer,

the goal is to reload the webpage into Edge to Internet Explorer to have the plugin install pop up.

This method may not work due to recent Windows updates or security measures from your IT department, contact your technical support if you need to enable this on your computer.

To get started, type the IP address of your recorder in the Edge search bar.

Then you will see a message saying to install the plug-in without being able to click it.

Then go to the Edge settings :

Then type “internet” (1) in the search bar, check “Allow” (2) and activate the “Internet mode” buttons (3).

Once done, go back to the page, reload it (1) and activate Internet Explorer mode (2).

you can also activate this mode from the Microsoft Edge menu

You can now install the plug-in.
