The HDD LED on the front of my Recorder is blinking Red, is this Normal?

The recorder’s indicator lights show two states:

- The first green LED indicates power status.
- The second red LED indicates the hard drive status.

Each LED has three illumination states that represent different conditions:

For the PWR (green) LED:

- Off: the recorder is not powered on or has no power.
- Blinking: the recorder is initializing.
- Solid: the recorder is powered on and ready for use.

For the HDD (red) LED:

- Off: hard drive not detected.
- Solid: hard drive detected but not recording.
- Blinking: hard drive detected and recording.

Normal Operation about the LEDs of the recorder : 

Pwr : Solid Green

HDD : Flashing Red
